Adult Paddleboarding

Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) is one of the UK’s fastest growing water sports. It helps to improve balance, core stability and is a good way of keeping fit.

On achieving  your Ready to Ride award, by arrangement you will be entitled to use HYMB at other times for SUP practice. You can also practice your SUP skills at our adult Thursday evening club

Required equipment will be provided including a wetsuit unless you wish to bring your own, waterproofs if required and a buoyancy aid.

Our Paddleboarding courses are run by experienced and qualified instructors

(No Experience required. For ages 18 and over) This course aims to teach you the basic skills of Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP). You will learn the basic paddle strokes, stance, and experience a short trip on the SUPs. On achieving a satisfactory standard of skill you will be awarded your BSUPA Ready to Ride award. (more…)
