Following an increase in the number of groups looking to return to outdoor learning settings, HYMB are currently looking to expand their team of sessional instructors to support a number of multi activity days thoughout the year.

If You hold one or more of the following qualifications and are interested in part time work please fill out the application form.

• Rock Climbing Instructor (RCI) / Single pitch award (SPA)
• Dingy Instructor
• Level One or above British Canoe coach
• Level one British Stand-Up Paddle board association instructor
• Archery GB Coach
• Open water lifeguard

About us
Herts Young Mariners Base (HYMB) has been delivering outdoor education for over 60 years. Based in the Lea Valley Park we are on our own private 8 acre site with 2 lakes and have an onsite climbing and caving complex. We work with a wide range of groups delivering everything from taster sessions for beginners to formal coach education and assessment courses.
